August 2009
FDI is proud to present our N/A Melon Flavor, a liquid product featuring sweet overtones of honeydew and cantaloupe designed to refresh and rejuvenate. This heat and freeze/thaw stable flavor can complement a variety of sweet applications, including dressings, sauces, fondants, gelato, ice cream and beverages – particularly hot or iced tea.

July 2009
This month we feature our Natural Sun Dried Tomato Flavor, a water-dispersible powdered product that imparts sweet, ripe tomato notes with overtones of Mediterranean spice and a touch of heat. This flavor is ideal for savory applications, including dry rubs, dressings, sauces, microwavable and retort dishes, processed meats and snack foods.

June 2009
FDI's offering for June is our N/A Blueberry Pomegranate Flavor, a liquid product that imparts a nuanced profile of sweet and slightly tart pomegranate notes against a backdrop of smooth, fresh blueberries.  This heat and freeze/thaw stable flavor can complement a variety of sweet applications, including ice cream, tea, coffee, fondants, sauces, and even nutraceutical products.

May 2009
For May we spotlight our Natural Roasted Note Flavor, a liquid product that imparts the rich dark Fond notes created by the Maillard Reaction through roasting meats.  This heat and freeze/thaw stable flavor can complement a variety of savory applications, including microwavable and retort dishes, processed meats, sauces, gravies or snack foods.

April 2009
Flavor Dynamics greets the spring by offering our N/A Raspberry Macadamia Flavor, a liquid product that imparts jammy, floral and slightly woody Raspberry notes complemented by overtones of savory Macadamia Nut.  This heat and freeze/thaw stable flavor is ideally suited for use in coffee, tea, baked goods, ice cream, fondants, salad dressings or sauces.

March 2009
FDI's March offering is our N/A Pomegranate Flavorcoat® Flavor, a dry product that infuses fresh, juicy real-world Pomegranate notes into tea.  FDI’s Flavorcoat® line features a proprietary system developed to match the size and bulk density of cut tea to ensure consistent and even flavoring by resisting particle migration within the tea bag.

February 2009
For February FDI presents our N/A Almond Chai Flavor, a heat and freeze-thaw stable liquid product that imparts a rich nutty foreground topped with Chai’s sweet cream and spice notes. Potential applications include use in coffee, tea, ice cream, sauces, candies, fondants and baked goods.

January 2009
Flavor Dynamics kicks off 2009 with its N/A White Walnut Crème Flavor, a liquid product that imparts the flavor of buttery, rich sweet cream enmeshed with round, savory white walnut notes.  This heat and freeze-thaw stable flavor is delicious as a complement to tea, coffee, other beverages, sauces, candies, fondants and baked goods.
